Section 1
An employee may request a waiver and/or a hearing to challenge the validity of any indebtedness or erroneous payment of pay or allowances or of travel, transportation, or relocation allowances in accordance with FAA Order 2770.2.
Section 2
No monies shall be collected or withheld for any indebtedness or erroneous payment until final adjudication of any waiver, hearing, or appeals request.
